some more altered book pages...

I covered this page with gesso, stamped the flower images (Club Scrap) with watercolor crayons, stamped the quote (also Club Scrap) with StazOn, and colored the metal butterfly with Ranger alcohol inks.
I covered this page with yellow acrylic paint, stamped the images (Stamper's Anonymous and Image Tree) with black acrylic, did a petroleum jelly rub with green acrylic, and stippled on some gold embossing powder. For details on how to do the jelly rub, check out Technique Junkies.
I cut & glued a "window box" to house this fun little vintage pin I found at an antique shop. The pin itself is attached only to the mesh so that it can be easily removed & worn.
Here's another window, but instead of attaching it to a background, I made it a peek-through for it's two adjacent pages.

Just playing with beeswax...

And here's where these are all housed. My favorite part is the little blue garden faucet handle.
